WebPad is a program for organizing links such as
Web sites and email addresses. Links can be
divided up into folders, deleted upon being
viewed, sorted, and much more. WebPad can import
from most common Web browsers and can export to
HTML files or a Web browser.

Esta versión implementa el cuadro de diálogo de preferencias, y agrega un "El Abra" de preferencia que le permite abrir un documento específico en lugar de un nuevo documento sin título en el lanzamiento. This version implements the preferences dialog, and adds an "On Open" preference that allows you to open a specific document instead of a new untitled document at launch. WebPad now remembers which folders were expanded (open) or collapsed when saving. There is a new expandable file format, so no more format changes will be made in the foreseeable future.
