gtk-send-pr is a problem report tool, designed to send
reports to a GNATS database server using libesmtp to
deliver mail. The program has a user friendly interface
and lets you use any SMTP server to send the report,
removing the need for a local configured sendmail.

The user can use the -a command line option repeatedly to include up to 32 files in the Fix section. Problem Report definitions are handled with an opaque PR_DEFS structure and accessed via a helper function. Some of the code was moved into a new file (pr_defs.c). Some whitespace cleanup was done.

It is now possible to use STARTTLS to encrypt SMTP traffic. Some memory leaks were fixed (several missing g_free() calls). Parts of the code were edited to conform to the FreeBSD coding style guide. A new application icon is included. The man page was updated.
