The connect dialog now shows the server example
when a driver is selected (the server field must

Minor feature enhancements
A configuration GUI was added (text editor, keyword coloring, and shortcut keys). A new main package was created, and everything residing in the root was moved to it. Some strings in the main Bufonidae class were externalized. This release hasn't been tested extensively.
