Minor feature enhancements
Support for Solaris, NetBSD, and FreeBSD was added. The configure script was cleaned up and now properly detects and handles LDAP and PAM differences on target systems. Minor bugfixes were made and support for compiling against Solaris LDAP libraries was added.
