SEFIR (Secure File Burning On a Remote Machine) is a client-side program that makes it possible for users to log in to a remote SSH server, browse and choose files and directories, and burn them using the remote machine's CD or DVD writer.

gnome-courier is a collection of programs for courier services. It
includes programs for managing clients, managing coworkers, managing
jobs (receiving, distributing, and editing), printing bills and
overdue notices, and managing the payroll. Various statistical
modules are available, and since the project is based on a modular
concept, it can easily be extended.

The Launcher is an innovative GNOME panel applet or stand-alone application launcher automatically adapting to your habits. The ultimate goal is to make it possible to run any application with as few clicks as possible. This means tracking your favorite applications, and not forcing you to mark or organize them by hand. Preferences change with time, and The Launcher responds to that automatically. It delivers a simple, clean, and usable interface with advanced features like 'search as you type' and 'smart search', and requires zero configuration effort. It should be especially handy on touch screens and in keyboard-only scenarios.

GNOME Boxes lets you easily create and use local and remove virtual machines.

Quark is a daemon-like player that uses Xine-lib to play music. It features a front-end that sits in your system tray.

Oraje Applet is a GNOME applet to view Yahoo! Weather forecasts. This application uses Yahoo! Weather feeds, but it's not endorsed or promoted by Yahoo! in any way.

gxmlviewer is a stand-alone XML viewer written using GNOME-libs, and GTK. It also comes with a Netscape 4.7x plugin that attaches itself to the text/XML MIME type, and will display the xmlviewer inside the Netscape window. The displayed XML looks very similar to the Internet Explorer model, where you see the source view with collapsable nodes. It has a bonobo control for the XML viewer, which can be embedded into any bonobo compliant application. Note: An extras project has been created that currently contains a command line XML formatter tool.
