Details

DTXMania本体のウインドウサイズ保持について、通常の演奏利用時の場合と、DTXCから呼び出す利用時の場合とで、別々に保持したい。

そうしないと、本体をFullHD化したときに、演奏時とDTXC利用時とでいちいちウインドウサイズを変えなければならず、面倒である。
