This release contains translation updates, crash fixes, bugfixes, and minor updates. Major feature enhancements
An upgrade bug in version 3.1.0 was fixed. New features include better date control (to indicate the start of a new year), more languages, the ability to use decorations such as underline and bold in the notes. Smaller screens can be used to make GRAMPS fit on netbooks. New reports, tools, and gramplets were added. Many bugfixes and improvements were made.
