Major feature enhancements
An updated, more modern look and feel, support for relative paths when exporting playlists, support for the upcoming taglib 1.7, and an updated Czech translation. Support for the old miniplayer was removed.

Initial SVG icon support was added through the use of the rsvg-convert utility (which is part of librsvg). A bug that prevented certain icon themes from being listed was fixed.

Icon theme specification support was improved. The disabled mp4 support was fixed. Improvements were made to the miniplayer. Big-endian support was added for flac cover art loading. A crash during import was fixed. libgcrypt is properly initialized to avoid warnings.
